Emails regarded as spam by yahoo, gmail

Our e-store has been online for a few years. We offer customer service mainly through emails. Now we have a serious problem. Many free email users such as yahoo and gmail can not receive emails ending with the domain name of our e-store. The emails we sent are regarded as spam by Yahoo and Gmail and placed in the bulk folder.

I am really worried about this, because many of our customers use yahoo or gmail. We don't send newsletters or spams to our customers or any people, so I have no clue why yahoo and gmail treat us like this. The only place where we show our email address is our ebay store, and we have only used our email addresses to subscribe to accounts such as google adsense, google adwords, yahoo search marketing, shopping.com, shopzilla.com, nextag.com. Most of them are big companies, so I don't see any reason why they will give away our email addresses. But we do get a lot of spams after using shopping directories such as shopping.com, shopzilla.com, nextag.com.

I contacted yahoo but haven't heard anything yet. Could someone here give me some suggestions? We really needed to solve this problem. Thanks a lot.

It often has to do with the headers on the email or even settings on the sending mail server itself
