Using Customer Service Email Management?

If so, do you have a recommendation?

For those with multiple reps answering email, are you using software to manage the email? Are you happy with it?

I'm looking for software to queue, manage and thread inbound emails for distribution among 3-4 customer service reps with 1 manager and I'd like to compile a short list of companies to speak with.

Thanks.

We just switched to Microsoft Dynamics. We were using SmarterTicket. And we were happy with it - just Dynamics integrates nicely into Exchange

Microsoft Dynamics is a much larger solution, correct? I've had conversations with several vendors, but I still haven't found a solution worth further evaluation.

I need software than can manage 6 companies/queues with different signature information for each company (phone and fax) as well as each rep (name).
I'm looking for a solution that either integrates with outlook or runs outside the webbrowser.

3-4 reps.

Budget is from free to $5K.

Anyone else have recommendations?
