I couldnt figure out why I was not getting any orders on my website from anyone the last couple of days then last night I got an order from someone in Canada. I use Pay Pal on my site for the method of payment.
But when I clicked on this particular order it said to click here to view the details of this transaction and when I did, the Pay Pal site wasnt even there, just got a "Page not found" and its been that way ever since.
I live in Pennsylvania, USA, is Pay Pal working for anyone else? I cant understand why I cant even acess the site, yet someone from Canada made a payment to me.
If it isnt working for anyone else, any ideas when it will be back in service again? I tried to call there but nobody will answer, they just tell you to go to the help files, because they are experiencing too many calls and tell you to call back later.
**growl** its just frustrating because I cant email Pay Pal to ask, you cant email them except through using the website and I cant call because you just get a message saying they are having a great volume of calls so they say to go to the help page.
Whats weird also is I tried going to www.google.com and typing in Pay Pal... and I can get to some of the other pages on the Pal Pal site... but when I try logging in I get the "page not found" or when I try sending an email through their email form on the help thing I get "page not found" and also when I go to the home page.
Why would it not work when I click on my own Pay Pal buttons ... like I am going to buy something? I was going to just check "Remove Item" after trying it if it worked but even the buttons dont work. They always worked before. Plus I cant figure out why the person from Canada was able to buy membership to my templates last night.
this is really frustrating...
