Help needed from Indians using paypal

I want to withdraw from paypal.

But the address field is too less for me to fill my address.
Is there any solution for that.

Also the currency conversion always seems to be 1$ less that official rate.

Paypal support never answers these questions.

Use an abbreviated address field. About exchange rate, you could try alternatives for withdrawal and check their rates/service.

Paypal will allow people to open accounts from just about every country in the world.......but doesnt allow withdraw to a few.
