I have an optin email list of 40,000 that requested my information. I have problems sending to the list because spam blockers report my ip as a bad ip address. The Also happens with my potential customers and suppliers.

Is there a ligit mailing list registra with whom I can register my database or ip to avoid being blocked?

How can I solve this problem.

Stressed...

How can I solve this problem.

Host your list w/a provider who doesn't show up on any of the mainstream spam blacklists.

xdrone,
There are tons of reasons your IP is being blocked, and just as many things to do to counteract this. The most important thing to do is make sure your lists are clean and opt-in. Maybe you should send an email to your entire list asking them to visit a page to re-opt-in. Clean everyone who doesn't visit. Even if half the people don't visit, a list of 20,000 dedicated readers is better than a list of 20,000 readers and 20,000 people who want your throat for continuously mailing them!

There are other things you can do, such as whitelist with AOL, or join the Bonded Sender program (which is starting to take off), etc, etc.

Email marketing is a pretty big field, with it's own set of particulars and fun/nonsense. I've been working in it for some time now, if you need any help, just message me.

Hope that helps,
Ian

Are you sure that all 40,000 opted in to be on a list (not to just receive a single piece of information or transaction)? If that is not the case you will end up being blocked.

Yes we do have 40,000 optin subscribers on our list. We are in the business of cosmetics and offer both an eBook download and newsletter via asingle signup that is hosted by a top rated email marketing company who offers doubble optin. We are moving our list to our server because customers have requested tips on makeup application and it is costly to email the list.

Unfortunately, there are several lists in several countries and the lists change all the time. We do not ever send out bulk email but for a while I could not send an email from my office to my home because of some stupid list that my cable company subscribes to.
