I offer Paypal and Click&Buy on my site. I have a pretty global market, and about 30% opt to go with Click&Buy.
I first heard of them because the major german publishing house the wife works for uses them for processing payments. They have a lot of 'street cred' especially in Europe as that's where they got their start.
Lots of big-name clients, including lately Itunes.
In two years i've had two reversals, and not a single transaction failed for technical reasons.
To top it off, even though I'm not a huge client like some of their major newspaper clients, etc. I still get very friendly personal service from the same rep for all this time.
In short; you'd be silly not to offer them as an option. The US office especially is working very hard to gain a bigger piece of the pie and seems to want to make the extra effort Paypal and some other merchant services (that I've tried and abandoned)do not.
