There is an ecommerce site selling a fairly unique service (not proprietary) which I think I could also offer. I live in another country than this business.
They have a great approach to customer service.
Is it feasible to set up a similiar business in my country?

Feasible? I would say we need a lot more information - like what kind of service, what makes it unique, do you think there is a need for this service in your area? Does this service require you to go to their place of business? If not, why can't this other company do everything via online instead?
