I am trying to find out if there is a osCommerce package or module for digital photo sales and downloads. Your help is appreciated.

I'm prety sure it's built in, although it's not an area I've ever explored. I had a quick look in the knowledgebase and found this [oscommerce.info] which seems to suggest that it is.
The keyphrase you probably want to use if you're investigating this is "virtual products" as this seems to be how osc refers to them.
