Have I missed anything?

I'm starting up a new ecommerce site- digital downloads of an educational audio product.

Things done for the website- not talking legal, accounting etc...

Built site and content
Shopping cart / payment system
User management, content protection system
Mailing list system, autoresponders etc..
Helpdesk ticketing system
Knowledebase (FAQ) system
Split testing system for landing page
Analytics system

To be added:
Polls or survey system- useful for product development and site improvement

Possible additions:
Bulliten Board- don't see the advantages, very time consuming to maintain and respond to posts, users are not qualified to answer.

Anything I'm missing? Suggestions for additional components?

Instead of a bulletin board, encourage users to write reviews of the products you sell.

Depending on your labor available, you may also want to consider a live chat help software to help answer questions about products and last minute questions during checkout.

With the payment system - are you going to use a third party system or a merchant account / electronic payment gateway? Also don't forget an SSL cert

I'm using a 3rd party payment system. No SSL needed on my end, although it would be interesting to hear if it would lead to conversions.

Some people tend to worry when they are redirected to another website when they are asked to check out. Personally, I usually do a little more background check on the website before I pay them.

If they have a merchant account, I know they have already been through a background check
