Sales Tax...

So I'm signing up with yahoo and will try to sell a few of the products I write about (at the moment I sell thousands of clicks per months to people who do sell these, I figure I'll try to get in on the action).

I'm going to walk very slowly at first, but have a question about sales tax. I understand I can set up rules in my Yahoo store about who to charge sales tax to, but how do I pay that sales tax, and when do I pay it?
