Question about increase conversion using scanalert

Hi All,
I originally posted this in wrong forum.

Anyone using scanalert and seen an significant increase in conversions?

I just got called from sales guy today but thought the prices were way too high for my volumne.

I did some googling and saw that some people were able to negotiate the rates way down. Anyone have experience doing this? Any tips?
