I checked: MultiCards, WorldPay, Chronopay, Firstgate Click&Buy, but they all seem to be very expensive solutions, i.e. they ask for 3,9%-4,9% of each transactions. That is extremely much in my niche, where our margin is at the level of 10-14%.
Anyone knows a cheaper solution in the EU?

Hi,
Some may be prepared to charge less if they can hold onto your money longer to prtoect themselves against being out of pocket after chargebacks. But that may be as much as 6 months.
Did you ask Protx yet?

PS. Consider yourself lucky: some acquirers ask for as much as 9%...

Hi Damon,
Thanks for your help and pointing Protx. It seems to be limited to UK companies only, though. I am in Poland, so that won't work for me. I am still waiting for their response regarding that.

Worldpay is usually pretty good. If you had a US bank account, US address, and US phone number, you could get a US merchant account for 4% discount rate as well.
You might also check out your local bank. And keep in mind that Protx is an electronic payment gateway so you still need a merchant account
