Hello,

I'm looking for a centralized email response system, where I can have 3-5 people manage customer email requests from my sales@, returns@, support@, orders@, etc.... acounts.

Does anybody know of a good email response management system? I'd rather have a web-based version that I can install on my webserver so multiple people can log in from different locations.

I took a look at the recommendations under the "Trouble Ticket" post, but I didn't really like any of them.

Thank you,

Hi,

You've said you didn't like any of the solutions - but Kayako offers probably exactly what you're looking for - each email can be designated its own ticket dept - and you can have it on your server or they can host it for it you.

I liked that one, but I want to own a copy for myself instead of paying a monthly fee. And the price to buy a copy is a little more than I want to pay.

Thanks,

I found an email response system that I like, it's called Cerberus Helpdesk.

Has anybody ever used this system before? How would you rate it?

Thanks,
