which shopping cart has express checkout?

hi,

i'm looking for a shopping cart that remembers the user and can do an "express" checkout of sorts. what amazon.com and itunes.com offer is ideal; the user enters all the info once, and everything is remembered for future visits and hence hte checkout process is just a click or two.

anyone know a shopping cart that is particularly suitable for this? or how about oscommerce or any of its variants?
