Looking for a good Real estate script

Hi,

Im looking for a good stable real estate script for a realtor friend of mine....he is in a rush, i know of Open Realty that seems nice but V2.0 is not finished and V1 generates URLs SE may not like sometimes.

Does anyone know of a 'not bery expensive' solution that would ne ok for SE?

Corey : Im looking either for ASP or PHP / CGI, would be better if PHP...and EXCEPTIONAL if there is an option for MLS database connection :)
