Ebay put a selling limit onto my account

Why would they do this if I did nothing wrong?

Today I tried to upload 18 items to my ebay store through turbo lister. What i realized next was that there was a message popping up saying upload was invalid because ebay put a selling limit on my account. I have no idea why they did this especially when all of my listings are legit. I have a featured ebay store. The only thing I can think of is last night I launched my ebay store as far as uploading all of my listings at once. I uploaded 800 items at once through turbo lister. I still dont see why they would put a selling limit on my account if all of my listings go by ebay's terms of service. Can somebody help me out here who have maybe had a similar problem with them? I emailed them a few hours ago. I hope to get a response from them by tomorrow. Oh and I tried live help and they did nothing besides showing me the link where I can email them. Thanks

Ben

That's odd that the "live help" was not helpful. I've had only good (but slow) experiences with eBay's text chat support.

I guess when it comes to selling limites, account holds, etc. they cant do more than lead you to trust and safety. Very frustrating especially the fact that it takes ebay very long to return emails. They definitely dont do it in 24-48 hours like they promise
