How to set up third party payment services?

I wanted to know how can I come up with my own third party payment services like ccnow.com or 2checkout.com

I need to know how and who should I approach for such a merchant account and payment gateway rental?

Any1 has any clue? Please let me know.

Prepare to invest lots of money, especially when starting out as a new processing company.
Also prepare for lots of Visa/MasterCard rules & regulations and compliance issues.
A start would be to contact your bank first to see if they have Visa/MasterCard acquiring status.
Go from there would be my advice.
