Cant access paypal for 12hrs. get message 3005 saying that paypal is experiencing technical difficulties.

anyone else seeing it?

Search on google for "paypal 3005 error" (without the quotes) and see handy suggestions like [paypal.com ]

thanks. i followed th e links and it suggested clearing the browser cache. did that and still now for 36 hours i cant login to my paypal account.
