How to customize

I have a shopping cart at godaddy and I need to know if there is a way to customize it more. They say I can't change the home link in it to link back to my origional website.

Is it possible to put my website "around" the shopping cart. I want the site to look more seemless to the visitor and so far their "templates" stink.

Is this a cart that they offer or one that you acquired somewhere else? What's the name of the cart?
