What is the going rate for a fulfillment service? We are in Canada but are interested in rates and charges for both the US and Canada. But I would also be courious to know what the rates are in Europe as well.

We are with BCH (Book Clearing House). They take orders (by phone, FAX, email) from any part in the world, do invoicing and shipping. We are with them for several years and they are doing an excellent job.
