versign pop-up being blocked by browser

Hi,
When users click the versign logo the browser IE 6 SP2 is blocking it.

Any suggestions on how to get around this?

Versign does not seem to offer any choices.

i am not sure may be keep checking the security setting of browser for displaying the content for https:// kind of servers
