does paypal give debit card

hi i wanted to know does paypal give debit card to its USA users for wihdrawing money from there account.and what are the charges fro withdrawing money from ATM

They do have a debit card... mastercard. I don't have one personally though.

I'd guess there's no charge, but I don't know that for certain. The bank whose ATM you use might charge you though.

There is a link to request it in your PayPal account. It should be the third link down on the left. Titled ATM/Debit Card.

It's free and very easy to do... No real reason why I haven't done it yet

I have had one since 2001. They are great. The only problem is that you get charged to use it at the ATM's. If you live near a WAMU they don't charge. That is where I go to get my money out. I get money back when I use it as a Visa card.

Do you know any other processor that offers a debit card? I know that ikobo offers one for instance.

But i am looking for a processor that offers a debit card and sign up in other languages. For example, French. Does anyone know of such a service?

I don;t want to use paypal.

Would be so, so grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.
