How hard is to get approve to get their merchant account?

Hi,
I would like to use Wells Fargo CC processing. Is anyone have any experiences with them? How hard is to get approve to get their merchant account? I do not have any credit history. Also I would like to know, if there is something stinky in their service agreement, I should be awere of.
