I plan to give my client the information for Miva but am looking for two others to research. It seems there are mixed feelings about Authorize.net, but generally I am open to any suggestions. If possible, I would like to use a provider with whom I can become a reseller. Here are my choices:
Miva Payment
PayQuake
U.S. Merchant Systems
R-P-G (Rodopi Payment Gateway)
E-Commerce Exchange/QuickCommerce 3.0 Payment Gateway
PayPal Instant Payment Notification
Verisign Payflow Pro (PaymentNet)
Verisign Payflow Link
Paradata Payment Service
Credit Card Payment With Simple Validation
Lynk Internet Processing
Cardservice/LinkPoint Payment Gateway
Innovative Gateway Solutions
CyberSource ICSv2 Payment Services
GlobalCommerce Payment Gateway
e-ValuCheck - Accept checks for immediate shipment
Moneris e-SELECT Payment Service
COD
Check Payment
Authorize.Net Payment Services v3.1
debit-it! - Full Service Online Electronic Check Processing
I have a pretty good relationship with my Merchant provider, who currently has me on authorize (yes, I'm having problems, but he's keeping me up to speed on it) and he says he can also put me on Verisign if the authorize problem keeps up.
If you want to sticky-mail me for his info, I'll be glad to give it to you - they are a medium-sized merchant company that seems pretty e-commerce savvy.
CSI/Linkpoint: slower than the others, though reliable. Difficult (compared to others) to adjust final totals and to do voids.
Authorize.net: spotty availability lately, but decent speed and I like their merchant notification emails that includes AVS results.
PayFlow Pro: seemingly more expensive, but may be cheaper (or at least competitive) all things considered. Very reliable, although some have encountered errors when processing (capturing) multiple orders at once via MM. Good reports and search tools.
