Monitoring money transactions?

We are thinking of having get money from access to our website content. Charge.com sound good, but I can't find one thing anywhere:

Is it possible to make some sort of http-interface to our service, so
every money transaction is sent to us for example with HTTP GET -query?
Or how are we going to monitor our money transactions?

We code in MySQL PHP.

Every bit of information is welcome!
