Submission of Press Releases

Is there a "good" way to go about submitting press releases online?

Just looking for any help, from experienced press release users...is there a good way to go about submitting a press release online (or newswires that would accept and distribute a press release for free/minimum expense)?

I believe WebPR is a commonly used site for sending out PR articles. You might want to check them out.
