Open Rates for Marketing Emails Sent to Customers

Making a proposal, and was wondering if anyone cared to share their open and CTR of opened email rates for B2C sites that you own/operate.

we get about a 6% CTR on about 40% open and a 25000 customer list.

These are existing paying customers and people who subscibed via our site for 'coupons in your email'
