The provider i am talking of is swreg.org !
They seems to be particularly suitable if you are selling soft items...like downloadable software..!
They cliam to be the oldest in the Industry...I am seriously considering them...!
If anyone have heard of them before, or used their services, Your advice would be valuable for me..!
Thanks
:)
Do you personally have any experiences with them..? or have you heard or read any opinion on kagi.com elsewere or any of your friends happen to use them..?? if so..how would you rate them..???
Okay, say...I am running double click style adnetwork..can i use them to handle my payment processing...??
I posted about swreg on some of the other forms, only b'cos i wanted some feedback about them from people who are actually using them...but as i can see, not even a single person have heard of them, on the contrary...they claim to be the oldest in the industry... i don't rule out that possibility..but it's hard to digest that fact.. :)
Thanks again..!
I am personally using Kagi, and have only good things to say about them. As Marcia said, they started as a shareware registration processor, but have expanded as a payment service for any kind of goods and services, including repeated charges for subscriptions and the like. I sell hard goods through them (well, actually software, but in a box), and find them much more reliable and trustworthy than one of the "commercial style" services I used before (those folks still owe me a refund).
What amazes me about Kagi is their way of treating the customers as intelligent beings. In the few instances when they happen to have technical problems, they'll immediately inform everyone about it, and they will explain the exact nature of the problem and what they did to solve it. They also have recently changed their reporting procedures several times, in response to user feedback.
As far as I understand what you're saying, I can't see anything that would prevent your type of business from using them, but you'll have to check the details for yourself.
And no, they don't pay me for saying all this... ;)
yeah, their charges are a bit high, but if their service is comparatively better, they should be seriously considered..!
Okay, i suppose kagi is also a third party merchant provider right..?? If so..anyone using them have got any info regarding how they are handling the masterCard's new policy..???
More Feedback, who are using kagi is welcome..!
Thanks much again
:)
Their prices are actually lower than those of comparable services. The comparison with eg. PayPal is misleading, as Kagi offers a lot more functionality. Due to their heritage as a shareware clearinghouse they can deliver services that go way beyond just the payment processing. On the downside, it takes longer until your money actually arrives at your bank account. They only pay you once each month, while you can initiate a transfer from PayPal at any time.
