X-cart is a descent CHEAP cart for the money. You get what you pay for! You need your own programming resources to rely on! There customersupport is a total joke and if your in the USA you waste 24to 48 hours waiting for someone else to answer your question no organization no customer service at all!

I think it depends on who you are dealing with. I use litecommerce and their technical support is very good. Their written English is excellent.
However, they do have a large backlog of orders for custom work.
Sometimes, you have to ring them in Russia to get things moving.

X-Cart is a nice product. It is clearly laid out on their website about the 60 Day support policy.
