Paypal limit account

I am a Chinese from mainland China, If i open a Hongkong paypal account, Will paypal limited my account for i do not have a correct HongkOng address on paypal.

I was told that paypla will limit a account if the address is not right.

Its possible, I know that until recently they were not even taking Chinese accounts. Email them and ask.

they may, but normally they wouldn't check. Make sure you have only one business or personal account, access the account from only one IP address, should be ok.

It is best that you just try and see. Address verification (AVS) is not available for either Hong Kong or Chinese banks.

However, PayPal probably do have the means of identifying whether the credit card was issued by a Hong Kong or Chinese bank.
