Do you any of you carry out any research on who your customers are in terms of age/sex/location/salary/job?

If you do, how do you go about it? Do you do questionnaires?

You may want your customers to login or register before ordering, that way you will know more about them. This only works if you are talking about an online business.

For a physical business, you may want to direct your users to a website that you specifically made up just for a survey or questionaire. I would recommend you look around hotscripts for survey software.
