Customer gets a reciept but I don't and it doesn't show up in the system

They emailed me the receipt, I tried to look up the order, but it's not recorded.
Didn't even get a fraud alert / message or anything. Been several days since the order.
This is really undermining my confidence in 2checkout.

So.. someone bought something on your site, paid with a credit card, got a confirmation email, forwarded that email to you and the order is nowhere to be found at 2CO? Are you sure it isn't fake? Fraud? Why would someone send you the confirmation email within one or two days?

Possibly. However, it's for a very small amount (5$ monthly charge) and for a service that really needs continual usage it would harly be worth someone's time to do the research to create an exact replica of what the receipt would look like. (It's exactly like the ones I normally get, with all the right customer #'s, emails, addresses, etc.)
Plus they seemed to have gotten to my payment URL as well, so something worked.

I have had problems with 2Co since 2nd. No response on tickets and mails. No sales. Dead silence. I can hear the lonely wind breathing across the vast barren landscape... oh god... am I dead... stopped marketing spend

Normally I would not bother to post this.. but in warning to others I will. I launched a simple query on 2CO 2 weeks ago - no response. It ended up in three tickets and 36 hrs ago I got a response simply asking 'what is your merchant number pls' The merchant number is at the top of every ticket. I pointed this out and copied and pasted it down. Only response on that is 'Thank You' Thats it. Not a word. If you as a merchant can operate for 2 weeks, spending money on marketing and not knowing if you'll get any return- go with 2CO They are absolutely arrogant as if they are rendering a free service Maybe just dumb
