Finding somebody to increase conversion ratio

How to find somebody that can really do it

I am looking into increasing my conversion ratio as it is currently 0.3% for June. It has been in that area forever. I know there are other sites in the same industry selling the same products, but selling as much in a day as I do in a month.

My question is how do I find a person or company that has the knowledge to fix this problem without costing so much that I cannot afford it?

Conversion rates are a good starting point of making sure you are selling....

But it's merely a starting point...

For example does your navigation/site search enable visitors to find what they are looking for?

How is the usability compare against your competitors?

How do you differentiate from your competitors...
