You guys ever seen those tutorial/demo things that are on sites ("click here for demo")? I want to have someone design one for my site (about 90 seconds in length). Where can I search for such designers and generally how much would such a service charge?

Go to the nearest Multi-media design school in your hometown and put up a small help-wanted ad or just lasso the first pasty-faced skinny guy you see...he's probably a flash designer and will work for next to nothing! :))

Commercial forum (here)?

Look for all the usual places multimedia design/multimedia/freelance…

Cost: Minimum £20 per hour for someone who’s good. You would be better agreeing a fee for the project than paying by the hour. Just make sure everything is well though out and listen to any advice they give. It’ll save you!
