We need to pick up a couple of packages from an American company, they don't ship internationally, but they will let us use our own 'freight forwarder' to do the job. The pickups would need to be once every week to 10 days, would weigh around 50kg, and be in about 4 - 5 boxes, each around a meter square. Does anyone have any advice / service they can recommend? I've had a bit of a search around, I was hoping to be able to use UPS but you need an account with them, and we aren’t going to be shipping enough to set one up.

It's a global reshipping company. I haven't tried them, but the company was recommended to me by a friend at a time, when I wanted some stuff from a US company that didn't ship internationally.
