PayPal today started offering credit lines for purchases through their system, including defered payments and fraud protection: [zdnet.com.com...]
Looks like an interesting development. I know plenty of small stores that would love to be able to offer financing through a third party with no seller hassles.
I wonder if it can be used on non-physical goods?

Id be very surprised if you could use it for non physical goods- If you dont pay how are they going to seize the item?
