I signed a Paypal Merchant Account.
How to change the merchant account company name?

Thats not true! You can, just send their support an email. It took us 3 days for them to respond and change the merchant account name.

Odd, cause we tried to change our name with Paypal and it was not successful. We had problem with withdrawing money to our business bank account because paypal has our company name as "Widget" but the bank only accept "Widget Limited". Paypal didn't even allow it even the change was so minor.

Really? I just submitted a support ticket and it was a complete name change in 72 hours. We changed our domain name and email. This was back in November.
