Bank Tranfers

How can one go about setting up automated transfers from one bank (say, my account) to someone else's bank via a web server script? If that even makes sense :)

Would that possibly be a service of some ISO/MSP companies?

You can check out stormpay .. they let you upload a mass list of people to pay.

Best I can think of. You could scrape and auto-populate paypal to transfer between two accounts, I guess.. Lot of trust going on there though.
