2CO receives a wholesale rate discount of 5.5% plus $0.45 off the retail price of each total order.

With 2CO, users do not have to sign up to buy, which is a feature I like. With PayPal, you must sign up. Has anyone used both 2CO and PayPal? Which one do you like better? Thanks!
WorldPay allow almost complete control. Custom headers and footers, plus you can alter almost any text (except for any legally required text), change all the colours and fonts and even over-ride their own graphics. You can upload files to their server in order to have everything on a secure server - so you do not need a secure server set up.
They have a higher set up fee than 2checkout, but lower fees. If you turn over enough money, it could work out cheaper in the long run.
1. Neither have great tech. support, but PayPal has good tech. documentation and a good community site for developers. 2CO's support is horrible, their online vendor management area is almost impossible to navigate, and their documentation is practically non-existant. I spent two weeks trying to get some help out of their tech. support people only to later find the problem was caused by a straighforward limitation of their program that was simply not documented.
2. PayPal has lower rates
3. PayPal shows my business name on the CC statement
4. PayPal is aggressively adding features
5. PayPal is well-recognized
In my experience, the only thing 2CO has going for it is greater order page customization.
Started in November took until March to send me teh 1st cheque despite having said it was on its way tons of times.
Spent $75 on their ATM card to speed up the process only to find it work i.e I couldnt register it on their site.
Have been hit with several DOS attacks.
So to sum I liked 2CO's backend functions, but didnt like thw lack speed in processing payments.
Try them and see what you think.
I can understand that they might choose not to do business with my company. However, they should have made that determination during my signup or during the first two months I was with them NOT on the first day of processing orders. Also, the manner in which my account was closed was unprofessional and detrimental to both my business and to my clients.
