Currently I use Stamps.com to handle all shipping and I have been extremely happy with their service. I've used it for about 6 months and never had one problem.

However, I need to ship outside the US and Stamps.com doesn't cut it in this area. Endicia seems to offer everything I need, but I was hoping to hear from someone who has used the service. Thanks!

I have used endicia in the past, and I liked there service very much. The only bad thing about them, is slow customer service responses. But overall, it is probably the best service out there.

For domestic packages under 2 lbs or less, I use the post office using Endicia's Dazzle software. The clipboard reader that is in the Dazzle software makes it easy to manually process each package, if that is your process. You can also batch print shipping labels (via XML) through Endicia's Dazzle. They have a demo program called Tarantula that some sellers use to load a CSV file for batch printing. I take all my web store orders and process most of my domestic packages this way. It saves a lot of time if you ship lots of small packages domestically.

IMO - If you shipping USPS, Endicia is the way to go. You don't need to use Tarantulaor/xml or any 3rd party products to batch import csv files. You just map the files and away you go. You can also batch export which makes integrating your database a snap.

And where in Endicia's Dazzle program would be this? I wasn't aware the Dazzle software had this option.
