I have a store that is the biggest site for its industry. I am moving it over to OSCommerce. Right now, all of the shopping cart pages are CFM. They will soon be PHP.

I'm worried that I might lose a lot of orders as a result of bad links. I'm also worried Google will temporarily not list many of the product pages.

Should I consider trying to do a bunch of apache rewrite stuff?

What I can I do to make the transition as painless as possible?

Definitely forward all .cfm requests to php pages. Test as much as possible.

Hmm... how about emailing all your customers and telling them you have a new and improved site? :)
