Credit Card for Paypal

I want to open a HongKong paypal account, Should i add a hongkong VISA card to active the account? Can i add my CHinese VISA card or US VISA card for Hongkong paypal account?

Jackie use your China card since paypal won't be able to use AVS to address check your fake HK address. The US card would give you away straight as AVS can be used.
