Has anyone dealt with Valis International?

Can i trust this company?

I want to open a US bank account for my paypal, I live in China, Can i trust this company, valis international?

If i opened a us bank account thru this company, How can i get back the money from the us bank account to my local account? Can i request a wire transfer thru internet?

I have used them for the last 2 years. They provide a great service. I don't know if you can trust them, but they've never let me down yet and I would have been lost without them.

I'd like to think that you could trust us, but I am obviously bias as VALIS International is my company.

The trick for Chinese people to qualify for an account is to get a Certificate of Deposit from your local bank instead of the Bank References that is normally required.

You would be able to withdraw funds at your local ATMs, or shop with your MasterCard online or off, or you could initiate international wire transfers through the included online banking.
