Promotion through classifieds

I want to try to promote one of my products through online classified ads, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to do it.

Is there any software or service which would allow me to automaticly submit an ad to all major classified and auction sites. I am not interested in small sites and FFL pages, but I am talking about real places such as Classifieds2000 and EBay.

Not that I know of at this time. Hand submission is it. They get rather upset when you try to automate that process.
