Lately we have build a new commercial website and the number of requests we are getting so far is quite low.

We dont know if the reason is an overall low percentage of actual requests in all websites in general or whether it has to do particularly with our website, so we should try to make it more functional.

So we would like o ask you if you are aware of any ration between unique visits and actual requests for a commercial website in general.

Thank you

I am apologizing for not being clear with my previous message, but my english is not very good.

What I was asking is whether you know of any numbers concerning conversion rates in profit websites in general. What would interest me most is the recreation/travel section.

Our website is a commercial website for travelling, but at the moment does not offer online payment and only receives postings for booking. Can this be a reason for not having high conversion rates?

Thank you for one more time

Having a poor conversion rate could be down to many factors, including not being able to book online.
