Looking for an ofshore CC processor. I can't find any :-(

I do have a company incorporated in Seychelles, but I do live in US. We do sell downloadable products over the internet. I need merchant CC processor, who can settle money to the offshore bank account in Europe.
I cant find any. Just right now, I was about to sign with PaySystems, but at the end they didn't like the location of business. but we are only incorporated in Seychelles, because the tax.
Does any one know any other company who could do our processing?
