I am looking for a new CC offshore processor and Pay Systems were recommended to me. Does any one have any experiences with them? Thanks for all your comments.

If you are looking for a third party processor - I would say use them. What country are you in?

Corey, I do live in US, but my company is incorporated in Seychelles and we need to have money settled in bank account in Europe. 3rd party CC processor is only way I found, because nobody else won't settle money offshore. Do you know any?

moneymancn, are you able to do refunds through their system, if the customer see PaySystem and their phone number in their bank statements?

We have the control panel to make refunds.Just need the customer number and thats it. Also have virtual terminal for manual transactions(sounding like the sales guy now!) The customers can go to Paysytems and login with the order number and leave a message for us which is transmitted to us We should reply in 48 hrs (normally about an occassional late delivery or duplicate payment in our case) which solves a lot of problems before they get serious. I believe that now they put our name on the ststement as well(like 2CO) but am not certain (we do not mind actually) MM

Been using them for a while and have had no problems.
Money settles quickly and on time. Wire transfers are cheap and fast. We are based in the UK, getting the money wired to our account has been problem free.
I find Paysystems control panel incredibly complicated. I never get to where I want to go in the first try. After a couple of clicks, I finally end up there.
Their customer service is awesome though.

I have to disagree with that. After using authorizenet for a long while, changing over to paysystems was great. For example issuing a refund in authorizenet is a nightmare; takes about 3 clicks in paysystems. That is not to say they couldn't improve it (particularly the speed), but overall I find it quite friendly. Note that this might also be influenced by the functions you use the most

If I get lost in Paysystems control panel maze, then I guess I should stay away from Authorize.net ;)

I find the PaySystems control panel to be easy enough to use and quite fast. It was a bit different to begin with, but once you use it for a while it's simple.
Gotta love the love customer care chat ... very handy indeed. :)

I don't like Paysystems at all. Too many questionable fees and poor fraud support and prevention.

I haven't had any problems with fraud detection (maybe a little overeager, but I would rather err on that side). I guess it really depends on type of product; mine is very low risk. One thing that really won me over is NO limit on volume
