Hello,
This is my first post so i thank you all in advance for whatever help you might be able to offer.
I need an ecommerce solution for products that have many fields and I need a powerful search engine that can search those fields..

I am pretty sure that osCommerce would have at least on contribution that would fit your needs. You can check out: [oscommerce.snappyserver.com...] as well for their set-up. They might be able to help you out.
