followed by your name, with your name 'bracketed' by forward slashes
e.g. john.doe@interhost.com/John Doe/
Now, a lawyer may well tell you that if you get into a serious dispute that the e-mail you receive back from this form is worthless - I don't know, but I would have thought it's better than worthless, and it's all I think I want to do. In the 10 years I've been doing business on-line I've never needed to even nearly resort to any threats etc.
