Recommendations for shopping cart ASP

I saw a bunch of recommendations on these boards for software but none for ASPs. Can anyone recommend a good ASP. I am currrently using instantestore.com which I pretty much like but they are not very search engine friendly.

My key criteria are:
-search engine friendly
-work with my gateway (goemerchant.com)
-can download orders into Excel file
-affiliate tracking would be nice
-a none generic looking template.
-doesnt require a lot of html and design skills.
-doesn't charge a transaction fee like yahoo stores
